Tumera is built to keep your data yours. We don't run accounts, we don't sell data, and we don't track you across other apps. Here is exactly what happens.
Your boards, liked songs, profile (name, handle, bio, photo), theme, and taste history are stored only on your device. We have no server that holds them and no way to see them.
Tumera's AI features — vibe search, board completion, and your taste summary — send the text of that request (your query, or board names and song titles from your library) to our curator service and on to our AI provider (Groq) to generate the result. Vibe search and board completion run when you use them; your taste summary also refreshes automatically once per app launch when you open your profile. These requests are not tied to an account or identity, are not stored by us, and are used only to return that result.
Connecting Apple Music is optional. Authorization is handled by Apple directly through iOS and is used only to play full songs at your request. Tumera can also open any song in the Spotify app via a standard link — no Spotify account connection exists in this version. If account connections for other services arrive in a future update, they will work the same way: authentication handled by the provider, credentials stored securely on your device, and nothing sent to us. Your use of Apple Music and Spotify is also governed by their own privacy policies.
Artwork and 30-second previews are provided by Apple's iTunes Search API. Tumera is not affiliated with Apple Music or Spotify.
Tumera Plus is purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the transaction; we never see your payment details.
Tumera is not directed to children under 13.
